Permaville League may be annual intramural events hosted at tiers each year. Festivals may be hosted during league events during the last lunar cycle of each quarter. Ceremonies may be award ceremonies hosted during festivals.

COMMITTEE

Each tier (Market, Mall, Hub, Region) may arrange a committee to coordinate League Events, Festivals and Ceremonies. Tier committees may be loosely arranged by registered farmers within each Tier. Schedule of events may be determined by Planning Committee based on number of participating teams or individuals. Schedule of events may be posted online. Referees may be determined by Tier Committee. Referees may post event count online upon completion of each match.

EVENTS

League Events may refer to competitions hosted by Tier Committees. All farmers may participate in League Events. Farms may form teams and compete in League events. Groups of farmers may also form teams and compete in League Events. League Events may be determined each year. Events may include typical summer and winter sporting events, other competitive activities, video games, any event where a winner may be determined after some time of gameplay. Events may be generally safe and in the interests of all participants and spectators. New league events may be added each year. A minimum of four participating teams may be arranged to add a new league event. League events may use the metric system.

  • Mall League Events may happen during the first quarter or first three months of the year.
  • Hub League Events may happen during the second quarter or second three months of the year.
  • Regional League Events may happen during the third quarter or third three months of the year.
  • Central League Events may happen during the last month of the year.

Double elimination or a most appropriate competition format may be used to determine event winners.

  • During Mall League Play, referees may send event count to Hubs. Hubs may send event count to Regions. Regions may send event count to Web. Web may post results to leaderboard.
  • During Hub League Play, referees may send event count to Regions. Regions may send event count to Web. Web may post results to leaderboard.
  • During Regional League Play, referees may send event count to Web. Web may post results of leaderboard.

League events, festivals and ceremonies may be broadcasted live online. League events, festivals and ceremonies may be archived. Time and day of league play events and award ceremonies may be coordinated to allow regions worldwide to view events and ceremonies live.

FESTIVALS

League Festivals may be a minimum of one week and maximum of four weeks long, hosted during the last full lunar cycle of each quarter. Festivals may include a component of dance, music, meditation and other performances arts and demonstrations. Awards may be offered during ceremonies for recognition of Outstanding Festival performances. Notes on festivals:

  • Dance events may include all forms of dance music and include individual freeform and all forms of group dance competition. Awards may be given to most outstanding individual and group performances.
  • Music events may include solo and group artists. Music events may be scheduled to play throughout festivals.
  • Group meals may be arranged throughout the festival. Sufficient kitchen space for large group meals may be provided.
  • Performance arts such as standup comedy, theatre, music or other performance arts may be scheduled during festivals.
  • Demonstrations may include presentations of new technology, robotics or other new technological demonstrations. Technological demonstrations may include components of human safety and plans for integration with humans.
  • Medicinal meditation ceremonies may be arranged during festivals. Ceremonies may be lead by guides. Guides may guide when they feel ready to guide. Participants may review Guides based on the experience, reverence of nature provided and respect of individuals, present and past.

CALENDAR

Mall Festival may happen during the last lunar cycle of the third month.
Hub Festival may happen during the last lunar cycle of the sixth month.
Regional Festival may happen during the last lunar cycle of the ninth month of the year.
Web Festival may happen during the last lunar cycle of the last month of the year. Celebration may consist of components including dance, theatre, performance and meditation practices.

FESTIVAL LOCATIONS

Location of festivals may be determined based on the sustainable living capacity of the tier proposing to host a festival. Living spaces may be provided to accommodate the expected number of participants and spectators.

Land improvements made in preparation for festivals may be permanent structures to house new communities after the festival.

Sustainable living capacity includes access to clean water, hot showers, composting toilets, earthen structures for sleeping, greywater systems, kitchens, eating spaces, performance venues and spaces for scheduled League Events. Living spaces may include water fountains and features, outdoor kitchens, bars and restaurants and group meditation spaces.

CEREMONY

Ceremonies may be hosted by each Tier during Tier Festivals. Ceremonies may honor outstanding farm performance on the PERM, outstanding Travel presentations, outstanding Festival performances and winners of League Events.

Each Tier may decide the manner of the ceremony, procedure, dress, stage, honoring of honorees and celebration. Funds received by Markets, Malls, Hubs, Regions and Web may be applied to provide appropriate settings for Events, Festivals and Ceremonies. Funds may provide Awards to be handed out to participants. Awards may consist of and are not limited to precious stones and metals, necklaces, cloaks, capes, patches, farm tools and locally handmade items.

GAME

Permaville may collaborate with game designers to create an online game for all ages. Game play may consist of farming, building, traveling, earning points for achievements and playing games within the games.

AVATAR

Farmers may create an online avatar within the Permaville online game. Avatars may receive upgrades as Farmers earn awards and achievements at Festivals. Avatars in the game may be able to do anything they are able to do in real life. Any participant may observe avatars of other participants at any time. Awards may be offered to avatars for honorable game achievements.

TRUNK

Upon creating an Avatar, participants may receive a digital trunk to store awards and achievements earned from festivals. Fashion items such as cloaks, sleeves, feathered wings, precious stones, necklaces scarves, goblets and other items may be stored in the trunk. Farm items may include a leather logbook cover, seed box, frame, external hard drive filled with digital information may be stored in the trunk. Hand tools such as handsaws, knives lighters machetes hatchets, watering roses may be stored in the trunk. League gear including uniforms, equipment, bags may be stored in the trunk. Permaville may collaborate with game designers and creators and build an online game that reflects activities described in this Act.
