Monthly Distribution

If Permaville.org earns revenue from ads, each month, members on this registry (on Permaville.com), may create a post (on Permaville.org) and tag a farm as described: Include in the post #farmerspostMONTHYEAR (for example #farmerpostAugust2021) AND farmers must include @Nameoflocalfarm… in exchange for a portion of funds.

  • If registered farms are tagged on #farmerpostsMONTHYEAR, they may make a post to #farmpostAugust2021 AND farms must include @Taggedmarket
  • If registered markets are tagged on #farmpostMONTHYEAR, they may make a post to #marketpostAugust2021 AND markets must include @Taggedhub
  • If registered hubs are tagged on #marketpostMONTHYEAR, they may make a post to #hubpostAugust2021 AND hubs must include @Taggedregion
  • If registered regions are tagged on #hubpostMONTHYEAR, they may make a post to #regionpostAugust2021 AND regions must include @WebPermaville.

Permaville may collect revenue from the site, tally Monthly posts and distribute funds to farmers and tiers based on the number of registered members in each tier.

Monthly allotment by tier

Tiers are                   % total

  • Farmers                 62 %
  • Farm                        24 %
  • Market                      5 %
  • Mall                             5 %
  • Hub                             2 %
  • Region                       2 %
  • Web                           1 %

Anyone may make a post at any level. Each month everyone tags a post to a next higher tier. The web collects revenue earned from ads, donations etc on the site, tallies distribution per farmer for each tier. Then distributes funds to farmers and tiers.

Funds may be used to:

  • Farmers, as needed
  • Farm, Improve conditions of farm, organic
  • Market, Improve the market, Integrate farms
  • Mall, Grow improve the mall, Integrate markets
  • Hub, Integrate malls
  • Region, Integrate hubs
  • Web, Integrate regions

If Permaville had limitless funds, max fund allocations may be:

  • 0.62 units per hour per farmer on a farm
  • 0.24 units per hour per farmer on a market

MAXIMUM ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS PER FARMER

EXCESS FUNDS

Gold and silver. If excess funds are more than one additional month of maximum fund allocation based on registered farmers in the current month, Permaville may purchase equal parts of gold and silver, up to 38% of excess funds

Any additional revenue beyond maximum fund allocation, 1% may be offered to participants to invest in the PERM. As excess funds increase, dividend allocation may be available to participants up to 62% of excess funds. PERM dividends may be invested in anyone other than self.

PERMAVILLE SUSTAINABILITY INDEX (PSI or PERM)

The Permaville Sustainability Index is a series of metrics for each member farm to maintain to achieve optimal sustainability goals. If farms routinely monitored these metrics for their farm or area, farms and larger communities could more easily achieve goals of sustainability:

  • GAINS, more products sold than previous month (items Month2 / items Month1)
  • DIVES, diversity of sales, number of items sold divided by number of products sold # items / # products)
  • DENS, living capacity, square meters of farm divided by number of inhabitants (square meters per person)
  • FILS, liters used from a well or public utility
  • PONS, water stored
  • SANS, amount of waste produced
  • AMPS, amount of electricity production and usage
  • BGAS, amount of biogas produced

PERM Index Listing

A list of member farms may be arranged by Market, Mall, Hub, Region, and arranged by Gains, Dives, Dens, Fils, Pons and other indices. Markets, Malls, Hubs and Regions may also be listed on the PERM.

Farmers may invest dividends on registered Farmers, Farms, Markets, Malls, Hubs, or Regions, any farmer or other than self. Farmers may invest in any farmer other than self, and any tier the farmer is not registered within. Dividends are non-local investments.
